Bloomprint is a registered business operating in Ontario, Canada. All services are provided by this entity.
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from ordering our services.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Bloomprint offers two distinct, standalone services. Each is available for a flat fee of $39 CAD.
A written interpretation delivered via email or PDF, based on your provided Date of Birth and birth time. This document offers perspectives on your nature's top advantages, probabilities, and challenges for 2026 and beyond. It is crafted in plain, accessible language to provide value without requiring prior knowledge of specialized terminology.
A verification service for individuals who are uncertain of their exact birth time. You provide key life events, dynamics, and personality observations. We cross-reference this information against possible birth times to determine the most likely match, providing clarity for those who wish to proceed with a full Bloomprint Reading now or in the future.
These are separate services. Purchase of one does not include the other unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
All Bloomprint services are provided for entertainment, informational, and self-reflection purposes only. The perspectives shared are interpretive in nature and are not scientific or factual guarantees.
Bloomprint is not a substitute for professional services. We are not:
Any decisions you make, actions you take, or consequences that follow are entirely your own responsibility. Bloomprint expressly disclaims all liability for any actions you choose or decline to take based on our services.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all information you provide (including date of birth, birth time, and any personal details for birth date mapping) is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. The quality of your Bloomprint depends on the accuracy of this information. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from incorrect client-supplied details.
If you are submitting an order on behalf of another person—including a loved one who has passed—you represent that you have the moral and legal right to provide their information and that you will use the materials respectfully.
All correspondence will occur via email (bloomprint@zohomailcloud.ca) or through our designated order forms. We do not offer phone or chat support. Please allow reasonable time for responses.
Each Bloomprint service is $39 CAD.
bloom2026Payment is due in full at the time of order. Work will not commence until payment is successfully received.
Payments are processed through external services (your financial institution for e-Transfer, or Stripe). Bloomprint does not store or have access to your banking or credit card details. These transactions are governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective processors.
Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes (e.g., HST). You are responsible for remitting any use taxes required by your local jurisdiction.
Your completed Bloomprint Reading or Birth Date Check will be delivered to the email address you provide, typically as a PDF attachment.
We pride ourselves on timely delivery and generally complete orders within a few days. However, turnaround times may vary due to order volume, the complexity of your specific request, or the need for personal time off. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
If you require an update, please email us. We appreciate your patience and trust.
If you wish to cancel your order before we have begun work, please email us immediately. A full refund will be issued. Once research, chart calculation, or writing has begun, the order is considered in progress and no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
All Bloomprint services, including but not limited to:
are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Bloomprint. They are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws, including copyright and trade secret protections.
Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your Bloomprint report for your own private, non-commercial reflection only.
You agree NOT to:
Any unauthorized use constitutes a breach of these Terms and infringement of our intellectual property rights, which may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
Bloomprint's value lies in its unique interpretive frameworks and proprietary approaches. Our specific methodologies—including the combination of tools, techniques, and analytical processes—are trade secrets and are not disclosed. We take reasonable measures to protect our intellectual property, and by agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge our right to maintain the confidentiality of our methods.
To provide your Bloomprint efficiently, your submitted information (including date of birth details and any personal narratives) will be processed using a combination of standard digital productivity software, secure online applications, and industry-standard communication tools (e.g., email services, document creation software, cloud-based storage).
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to your personal information being handled through such digital platforms for the sole purpose of completing your order. All tools are selected with consideration for data security; however, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Proprietary Methods: For the protection of our intellectual property and unique methodologies, the specific combination of tools, software, and techniques used to create your Bloomprint constitutes a trade secret and is not disclosed.
Your privacy matters. All personal information you provide is kept strictly confidential.
Due to the digital, personalized, and custom nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes any order for which research, chart calculation, or writing has begun.
If you wish to cancel your order before any work has begun, you may request a full refund by emailing bloomprint@zohomailcloud.ca. Once we confirm that no work has been initiated, your refund will be processed promptly.
If you experience technical issues receiving your order (e.g., bounced emails, spam filtering), it is your responsibility to contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date to arrange re-delivery. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters.
Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bloomprint disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that our services will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Astrology and energy mapping are interpretive arts, not exact sciences.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Ontario and Canada, Bloomprint (including its owner, affiliates, or operators) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, our services.
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue use and, where applicable, request a refund as outlined in Section 10 prior to work commencement.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bloomprint and its owner from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees) arising from:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We believe in clear communication and harmony. If any dispute arises, you agree to first contact us directly at bloomprint@zohomailcloud.ca to attempt informal resolution before initiating any formal proceedings.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Ontario. The arbitration shall take place in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bloomprint regarding your purchase and use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
